Membership gives a firm direct access to Anthropic Academy training, technical certifications, sales and delivery playbooks, and a route to dedicated technical support on live deployments.
In practice, that means fewer dead ends on your project. When something in a live Claude deployment needs Anthropic's input, we have a path to it.
